Welcome to Elite Travel Homes. Please adhere to the following rules to ensure a pleasant stay for yourself and future guests.

1. Check-In and Check-Out

– Check-In: Any time after 4 pm local time.
– Check-Out: By 11 am local time.
– Early/Late Check-In/Out: Contact us prior to your arrival/departure for any adjustments. We will confirm any changes via text or email, including any additional instructions or fees.
– Overstaying:If you exceed the check-out time by more than one (1) hour, we reserve the right to enter the unit, remove belongings, change locks or codes, and take further action. You may be liable for costs and additional fees up to 150% of the daily rate for each day (full or partial) overstayed, plus any related damages.

2. Basic House Rules

The following are strictly prohibited:

– Smoking: No smoking of any kind. Violations incur a $250 fine plus cleaning and deodorizing costs.
– Parties/Events: No parties or events allowed.
– Excessive Guests: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum allowed by law or stated on the reservation.
– Noise: Excessive noise, especially audible noise outside after 10PM local time.
– Disturbance: Disturbing neighbors or invading their privacy/security.
– Illegal Activities: No illegal substances or activities, including illegal downloads or file sharing.
– Obstructions: No placing obstructions, signage, garbage, food, or personal items unattended outside the unit.
– Unsanitary Conditions: No creating unsanitary conditions, excessive trash, offensive odors, or attracting pests.
– Modifications: No changes, modifications, or additions to the unit or its contents.
– Soliciting/Loitering: No soliciting or loitering around the space or building.
– Commercial Use: No commercial photography, film, or videography without written consent.
– Authorized Use: Use the space only for personal accommodation.

3. Respect and Tolerance

– Zero Tolerance: Respect all staff and fellow residents. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for racism, sexism, discrimination, intimidation, or violence.

4. Guests

– Overnight Guests: Only authorized guests can stay overnight. You must accompany and supervise guests at all times. Unauthorized overnight guests incur additional fees up to 100% of the daily rate.
– Documentation: We may require documentation verifying guests’ identity, such as passports.

5. Pets

– Pet Policy: No pets allowed in our apartments, only our private homes. Violations result in a $300 fine plus deep cleaning and repair costs. Contact us before your stay if you use service animals.

6. Supplies and Houseware

– Initial Supplies: We provide an initial supply of household consumables and toiletries.
– Linens and Kitchenware: Provided for your use during the stay.

7. Property and Damage

– Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage, injury, or loss on the premises and its facilities.
– Reporting Damage: Report any property damage immediately. Unreported damages will result in a damage fee.

8. No Unauthorized Removal

– Items: Do not remove any items from the unit, including cups, plates, decor, towels, or wash rags, everything is accounted for.
